SENSEI MARCOS MORON NOVARO

(1960-2015)

Sensei Marcos Moron was one of the most prominent world-class karate masters. His extensive experience and track record in international competitions led him to achieve one of the most impressive records of any karateka. His achievements earned him respect and admiration from numerous practitioners worldwide.

Sensei Moron was a 7th dan recognized by Japan and 8th dan awarded by SWKF after passing in 2015. Moron was a depository and transmitter of the teachings expressed by two legends of the world, Sensei Hidetaka Nishiyama and Sensei Hirokazu Kanazawa. His particular approach to karate combined effective and explosive techniques and a mastery of softness that allowed you to feel the energy projected (ki), which can hardly be explained in words. The conquest of five world titles puts him in one of the highest global seats of honor for a karateka.

Sensei Moron obtained many of his achievements through perseverance, discipline, effort, and dedication. His brilliant karate career was founded on his professional expertise in clinical psychology, which allowed him to train thousands of students of all ages, counting among his disciple's world champions and competitors of all levels.

Sensei Moron was a quasi-lifetime leader against the improper handling of sports organizations and a strong advocate for creating sports policies to benefit children and youth internationally.
